1. What is My PRIME rewards program?

My PRIME rewards program allows you to Earn and Redeem points against any service availed or product purchased across PRIME HEALTHCARE GROUP.

2. Is there a minimum spend amount or a joining fee to become a My PRIME Rewards member?

No. Membership to My PRIME Rewards is free for life. Just sign up through our PRIME HEALTH ME Mobile App, and you're ready to enjoy the program benefits.

3. How do I sign up/enrol?

You can sign up /enrol directly from PRIME HEALTH ME mobile App. Your profile would need to be updated with the correct e-mail address to become eligible.

4. How can I earn points?

You will start earning points immediately after enrolling to My PRIME Rewards Program for any service/ product availed at PRIME HEALTH CARE GROUP.

5. How can I redeem points?

You can pay for your purchases with your available My PRIME Rewards points at all PRIME Facilities after verification by the cashier.

6. Can I earn/redeem points at anyof PRIME facility?

Yes, you can earn and redeem points across all PRIME facilities including, Hospital, Medical Centers, Premier Diagnostic Centers, and Medi Prime Pharmacies.

7. Can I earn/redeem points against all services/products including insured ones?

Yes, you can earn/redeem points against all services/products including insured ones.

8. What are the minimum points that can be redeemed?

Minimum points required to be redeemed is 100 points.

9. Can I enrol my family members in the program?

Yes, you can enter the details for your family members individually and enrol them individually as well.

10. How to delete or Add any member in my APP?

You can Add or Delete members below 18 years provided other members using the same registered Mobile Number on PRIME HEALTH ME mobile App . However, the points will be earned and redeemed individually. Note: each member should enrol to My PRIME Rewards separately.

11. Can I transfer my points to my family members / friends in the program?

Points cannot be transferred; Earning & Redemption will be for individual member.

12. I have visited PRIME branches before enrolling in the program, so will I get the points for that?

You should enrol to My PRIME Rewards Program within 48hrs. from the time of availing the service/product to earn the points.

13. I have visited the clinic but still the points not showing in the APP.

Usually, the points should reflect immediate after the payment. Please try to logout and login it might be a technical issue. If the issue is not resolved please email to myprime@primehealth.ae with the patientname , and registered mobile number.

14. The application asked for personal information. What about my privacy?

Your privacy is important to us. We restrict access to non-public personal information about our members and maintain strict procedural safeguards to protect it.

15. Do I Need to carry a proof of My PRIME Rewards membership to earn/redeem points?

No. Once you have enrolled to My PRIME Rewards program, you will automatically earn and allowed to redeem points for any transaction.

16. Can I access to my profile through PC/website?

Only for mobile phone users and download PRIME Health ME App.

17. How can I check my points balance?

You can check the available points under “My PRIME Rewards” icon on the home page of PRIME HEALTH ME mobile App.

18. How do I control the notifications received by the App?

Please check your mobile setting to deactivate and activate the notification.

19. What types of Tiers do My PRIME REWARDS offer?

ORANGE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM.Our Tiers are designed to give you maximum benefits.
